Shazia Gogia | Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Meditation Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Chef.

Before you speak let your words pass through three gates:
Is it true?
Is it necessary?
Is it kind?

Trained in classical Hatha and Integrative Yoga Therapy, I teach Hatha, restorative, gentle, yin, prenatal, therapeutic yoga and meditation with compassion, love and healing in a safe and nurturing environment. I love to nurture people with physical limitations, size limitations, injuries, trauma, rehab, surgery recovery, seniors, pain management, or with other health challenges with therapeutic yoga that focuses on breath work, gentle yoga, stretches, restorative yoga, meditation and healing.

There is no “right” way of doing an asana (posture); it is all about what a person needs in the present moment and where the body is willing to go.

My classes will take you to a deeper level of awareness, relaxation, relief and nurturing than just a regular asana class. I offer:

Hatha Yoga
Gentle Yoga
Yoga Therapy

Yin Yoga
Restorative Yoga

Sound bowls
Pranayama (Breath-work)
Yoga Nidra

Prenatal Yoga
